STAGES AND MECHANISM OF WORK IN THE PROJECT
1- Dismantling the parapet blocks on the store roofs and erasing the metal covers installed over the expansion joint on the beams.
2- Cutting the metal ladders leading to the roofs, and fixing them in a good proper way.
3- Erasing the old isolation materials from the surfaces, and transporting them outside the center.
4- Smoothing the surfaces with grading machines, as well as smoothing the faces of the inverted beams.
5- Execution of cement triangle form 5 × 5 cm. or 7 × 7 cm. as per the status of the inverted bridges/beams.
6- Execution of a smooth cement layer on the beams faces at the expansion joints, and deliver the executed works to the supervisor.
7- Execution of primer layer and bitumen layers on the surface.
8- After completion layers, mechanical fixing for the slab faces will be executed by galvanized steel sheets.
